The Commercial Brokers Association of Kansas City is a group of commercial real estate agents actively engaged in business and licensed in Kansas and Missouri. The group includes associate members who provide services to the commercial real estate industry which include legal, engineering, environmental, consulting, appraisal, auctioneering, title underwriting, financing and other related services used by commercial real estate professionals.

The purpose of the group is to cultivate long-term relationships with fellow commercial practitioners and to provide informative programs for its members.

The group meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 7:30-9:00am at the Carriage Club (5301 State Line Road) and occasionally replaces the breakfast meeting with a lunch or happy-hour at a unique destination. The monthly programs are selected to provide members with added knowledge about relevant and timely topics related to the local, regional and national commercial real estate industry.
